• Product defects or safety issues

• Incorrect product information or ingredient disclosures

• Regulatory violations

• Customer complaints related to the products supplied by the brand partner

11. Right to Remove Products or Vendors

Clean Label reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove any product or brand partner from the platform at its sole discretion if it is found to violate platform standards, regulatory requirements, or customer trust.
