Refund policy

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept:

• Change of mind

• Taste preference

• Incorrect product selection made at checkout

However, we offer resolution in genuine cases such as:

• Product damaged during transit

• Incorrect product delivered

• Product expired at the time of delivery

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement :

• Clear photos of the product, inner contents, and outer packaging must be shared

• The product must be unused

• Original packaging must be retained for verification

• Order details must be provided

Requests without sufficient proof or raised beyond 7 days of delivery may not be approved.

All claims are subject to verification by Clean Label and/or the respective brand partner.

Ccancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled without charge before they are shipped.

If a cancellation request is raised after the order has been shipped, a fee of ₹200 will be deducted to cover forward and reverse logistics costs.

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days.
